There's only a matter of weeks before the Breaking Bad movie lands on Netflix, and there's another fan favourite who's going to be in it.

The film – officially titled El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie – will star Aaron Paul's Jesse Pinkman as we find out what happened to him after the end of the series.

Skinny Pete (Charles Baker) is also in it, as we saw in the teaser trailer, and now their layabout mate Badger will be joining them.

Played by actor Matt Jones, Badger was last seen in the series finale when he and Skinny Pete helped Walter White trick Elliott and Gretchen Schwartz into believing he hired hitmen to track them by using laser pointers as fake sights, making sure they gave his fortune to Walt Jr.

Although we still don't know much about the plot of the movie, The Hollywood Reporter confirms that Badger will be back for it. The trailer sees Skinny Pete refusing to tell police if he knows where Jesse is, so perhaps Badger will be following the same orders.

But for now, all we really know about the film is the very short description Netflix has given it: "In the wake of his dramatic escape from captivity, Jesse must come to terms with his past in order to forge some kind of future."

Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan wrote and directed El Camino in secret until a certain Saul Goodman – or at least the actor who played him – let it slip.

El Camino: A Breaking Bad Story premieres on Netflix on October 11.
