Former England hooker Brian Moore is in intensive care at St. George's hospital after suffering a heart attack.
The 55-year-old revealed the news on his Twitter account earlier this morning and thanked the hospital staff who 'saved his life'.
Moore won 64 caps during an international career which spanned eight years between 1987 and 1995.
Nicknamed 'The Pitbull', he also represented the British and Irish Lions on two tours.
