Brighton Council starts using private bin collectors as industrial action by workers continues

A privately hired lorry collects bins which piled high in Brighton, England. Rubbish bins have piled high on the city's pavements as industrial action by bin collecting workers is on its 13th day. According to locals, the situation has become intolerable, with rats roaming around the city and the smell becoming very strong.
