New Year Brings Winter Storm to Central Oklahoma

Oklahoma residents woke up to several inches of snow on January 1, after a winter storm passed over the state overnight.

The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning across Oklahoma until noon, advising affected areas to anticipate snow accumulation up to four inches and wind gusts as high as 35 mph.
