Ed Sheeran and Stormzy took their BFF status to the next level at the Brit Awards after party.

The pair turned up at the Warner Music bash wearing t-shirts promoting each other’s forthcoming albums.

The London-based grime rapper made a surprise appearance during Sheeran’s performance at the awards ceremony, turning up for a verse in Shape of You.

Sheeran arrived at the party wearing a t-shirt with the cover of Stormzy’s upcoming debut album Gang Signs & Prayer, which is due for release on Friday.

Stormzy showed off his t-shirt featuring the cover of Sheeran’s third album Divide, following on from previous records Plus and Multiply, which drops next Friday, March 3.

The rapper had been up for British Breakthrough Act at the Awards, though the winner was Rag ‘n’ Bone Man.

Also turning up at the Warner Music party was Brooklyn Beckham, who had his arm hoisted in a sling after breaking his collarbone on a skiing trip with his family.

Presenter Dermot O’Leary also arrived to take on a different role – stepping behind the DJ decks.

The ceremony saw the first ever win for Little Mix, who bagged Best Single for Shout Out to My Ex, while David Bowie was posthumously awarded Best British Solo Male Artist and Best Album for Blackstar.

Bowie’s son Duncan Jones accepted the award, telling the crowd: “I lost my dad last year but I also became a dad.”

Speaking about his father, he said: “He’s always been there supporting people who are a little bit weird, a little bit strange, a little bit different. This award is for all the kooks, and the people who make the kooks."
