The nominations for this year’s BRIT Awards have been revealed – with the likes of Harry Styles and Wet Leg leading the pack.

The Isle of Wight band are first-time nominees and will go directly up against Styles in the album of the year category, where they are joined by The 1975, Fred Again and Stormzy. Both Wet Leg and Styles have received four nominations each.

While the ceremony ditched the best British male and female awards in 2022, the gender-neutral artist of the year category is entirely male this year – with Styles joined by Central Cee, Stormzy, Fred Again and George Ezra.

Elsewhere, Sam Smith has received a nod for song of the year for Unholy – the singer’s hit collaboration with Kim Petras, with the category determined by a TikTok vote.

Other artists joining Wet Leg as first time nominees include Nova Twins, Bad Boy Chiller Crew, Eliza Rose, LF System, Kim Petras, Blackpink, Fireboy DML, Gayle, Jack Harlow, Lost Frequencies and Bonobo.

You can check out the nominees in full below, ahead of the ceremony on February 11.
