Britain's best looking couple? Cornish Miss England dates Mr England
Newquay lifeguard and Miss England winner Milla Magee is now officially one half of Britain's most beautiful couple - after starting a relationship with Mr England. Milla, 23, and Manuel Alcantara Turner, 22, have become the first contestants in the beauty pageant's history to become at item.
The pair met while Milla was interviewing contestants in her role as judge for the Mr England final last month. They have now enjoyed their first date at London Fashion Week where they were photographed together looking smitten as they had a romantic meal out.
And although a long way off from becoming the first ever Mr and Mrs England, the couple are said to be getting on well together. Pageant insiders say British Army solider Manuel, who is based at Victoria Barracks near Windsor Castle, has since been showing Milla around his local haunts.

Milla said: "I have so much respect for Manuel and everything he does in the British Army and stands for along with all the soldiers serving our country. After meeting Manuel properly at the Mr England finals we became close friends, we are on the same journey together.
"He has been so supportive of me and my projects and I want to be there in every way I can for him as we represent our amazing country at Mr World and Miss World. I love spending time with him, and getting to know him aside from our titles. I am looking forward to what is to come."
Manuel said: "I couldn’t have done any of this without Milla - she has been my rock. All this has been very new to me - the fashion shows, the photoshoots and she has helped me through all of it.
"I couldn’t of asked for a better partner to take on these new challenges. I really look forward to doing more things together and really looking forward to her teaching me how to surf."
A pageant insider added: "Rumours are the pair hit it off straight away when they first met when Manuel told Milla his dream was to learn how to surf.
"He couldn't wait to show Milla around his local haunts taking Milla for lunch after the fashion show and the pair are clearly getting on well together. Manuel's bosses in the army have recently invited Milla to the army barracks in Devon to surf with the troops."
In a recent interview for Loaded magazine, Milla, who has been single for three years, described her ideal man. She said: “My ideal man would have integrity and purpose, be kind and think of others, and make me laugh. It doesn't matter if he can’t surf, I will teach him!"
Manuel, who has been in the army since he was 16, became the first serving soldier to be named Mr England. Milla had been enlisted by organiser Angie Beasley to scout for entries on Newquay Beach in the summer when the competition struggled to find contestants.
Over 150 men from across the country then entered before Manuel was chosen as the winner in Leicester on August 20 with Milla on the judging panel.
Footage taken on the day they met shows the pair giggling together on a sofa as Milla interviews a topless Manuel about why he wants to enter the contest.
Manuel said at the time of winning: "It's an absolute honour to win this. I will represent my country well and hopefully make everyone proud. In terms of ambitions, it's to serve my country. That has always been my ambition and always will be.
"All I want to do is lay my life down for England so I think that's pretty deserving for Mr England."
Manuel will be flying out to Vietnam on November 5 for the three week Mr World finals and Milla has hinted at wanting to go out and support him. Milla will be representing England in the next Miss World final in the Spring of 2025.
