Ant and Dec were forced to step in and escort a Britain's Got Talent act off the stage at the start of Thursday's semi final, as the performer in question 'gatecrashed' the show.

A night after the ITV hosts were booed by the audience inside the Hammersmith Apollo, as they revealed the results, the Geordie duo were back on hosting duties for the fourth heat of this week, with eight more acts bidding to make Sunday's grand finale. Right after opening titles rolled, Ant and Dec introduced the judges to the stage, before an 'intruder' wandered onto stage and that person was the mysterious Bobby Goldfinn.

One of the most talked about hopefuls at the Britain's Got Talent auditions this year, mainly due to his hidden identity, Bobby came back to try out for a second time, despite being told 'no' by the judges. And, the more he appeared on screen, the more people were left wondering who the person was in disguise.

Some interesting theories appeared online on Bobby's identity, with names like Stephen Mulhern, David Walliams and last year's BGT champion, Viggo Venn, all thrown into the ring, as others became convinced that he was actually an amateur comedian from Massachusetts called Bobby Finn, who has 335K followers on Instagram and 649.1K on TikTok.

Walking onto the stage on Thursday evening with a mic in his hand, Bobby tried to introduce himself to the judges yet again, prompting Bruno Tonioli to immediately press his red buzzer to get him to stop, before Ant and Dec then ushered him off stage so they could continue on with the live broadcast, as millions tuned in from home.

Clearly unimpressed that Bobby was not getting another chance to impress, the audience inside the theatre started booing as Bobby was led off, as many viewers predicted that still wouldn't be the last we saw of him.
