British High Commissioner: 'We Understand Some British Citizens Were Caught in the Blasts'

James Dauris, the British High Commissioner to Sri Lanka, released a statement after a series of deadly bombings in Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday, April 21, in which he said his office understood there were “some British citizens” caught in the blasts.
