Britney Spears Supporters Rally at Lincoln Memorial as her Conservatorship Case Returns to Court

Supporters of Britney Spears gathered at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington on Wednesday, July 14, to call for an end to the singer’s conservatorship.

The rally took place as the conservatorship case was back in front of a judge at Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday afternoon.

Jamie P Spears, Britney’s father, was granted control over his daughter’s personal and financial affairs in a court-ordered conservatorship in 2008, following apparently erratic behavior, including shaving her head and driving with her infant son on her lap.
