Brooklyn Peltz Beckham wants to open a pub in Los Angeles as part of his newfound love for cooking.

The 23-year-old star made his first forays into the kitchen during lockdown and told Variety it now feels like he has found the thing he wants to do in life.

Peltz Beckham had previously pursued a degree in photography and interned with photographer Rankin, but has now moved on from that potential career.

"I love taking pictures of my wife. I still have all my film cameras, but now it’s just more of a fun thing to do," he said.

"They were kind of all hobbies. I was still trying to find that one thing I would literally die for, and I found that with cooking."

Peltz Beckham said: "I would love to have my own pub. I would love to have my own sauces, knives, pots and pans. Not like a chef — I’m always going to be learning about cooking.

"I want to have so many TV shows, and hopefully one day open up a pub in LA, because LA needs a pub."

Peltz Beckham suggested his pub could focus on "a healthier version of comfort food" and also teased that he'll be launching a sauce product this year.

He has appeared on TV several times for cooking segments, which have attracted online criticism due to his lack of professional experience in the kitchen — criticism Peltz Beckham tries to ignore.
