Brooklyn Beckham has been axed as the face of Superdry after less than a year’s contract with the brand.

The clothing company confirmed they are no longer working with Brooklyn, 23, in a statement in which they they said Superdry was following “a different range of talent” for their upcoming campaign.

Last November, it was reported that Brooklyn signed an ambassador deal with the fashion brand worth an impressive £1 million.

However, it has since been announced that the eldest son of parents David and Victoria Beckham very proud will part ways with the brand.

A Superdry spokesperson said: “Superdry works with a range of brand ambassadors and enjoyed working with Brooklyn during the launch of our new flagship Oxford Street store and during our Autumn/Winter 21 campaign.

“We always review the ambassadors who feature in our campaigns and decided to work with a different range of talent for Spring/Summer 22.”

Nicola told Tatler that Brooklyn was under “a lot of pressure to please people with his career and he didn’t love it” and is now “in heaven” as films his show Cookin’ with Brooklyn.

“Ever since the pandemic, all he’s wanted to talk about is being in the kitchen, so I just started filming him one day, I said, ‘This is what you love,’” she said.
