Joss Whedon and Alyson Hannigan have marked the 20th anniversary of Buffy the Vampire Slayer with some loving via the medium of Twitter.
"Wow. #20YearsOfBuffy @joss What can I possibly say to thank you? No really, what can I say?!? I need YOU to write it!!!," Hannigan wrote to Whedon, who adorably replied: "And I need you to say it."
Hannigan played Willow, a key member of Buffy's Scooby Gang, in Whedon's hit show that came to an end 13 years ago.
And she's not the only one to share some Buffy love on its 20th anniversary.
Nicholas Brendon, who played Xander, and Anthony Stewart Head, who played trusty librarian Giles, also praised the show and its fans.
"Here's to all who watched, and all who were part of its creation, but most of all, here's to you @joss grrr, aargh," Head wrote, referring to the classic Mutant Enemy logo at the end of each episode.
Buffy herself, Sarah Michelle Gellar, has yet to post about the milestone day, but we're pretty sure she'll pay tribute to the show in due course.
To mark the 20th anniversary, Spike actor James Marsters spoke to Digital Spy about the show's legacy and revealed that he'd be up for a reunion on one condition: "If Joss Whedon is helming it, in a heartbeat."
Marsters has also been writing Buffy's continued comic book adventures and we've rounded up some of the crazier storylines that have happened.
