Buildings Damaged Following Deadly Strikes on Central Kharkiv
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said on Telegram on August 30 that at least five people were killed in artillery shelling of a central area of the city.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine said Russia had fired artillery on residential areas, a kindergarten, and a park zone of the Shevchenko district of the city. It said a fire broke out on the roof of a four-story residential building as a result of the shelling.
