Burger King Is Giving Away Free Cheeseburgers for National Cheeseburger Day — How to Snag the Deal
National Cheeseburger Day is Sept. 18, and Burger King is celebrating for seven days straight
Burger King is celebrating National Cheeseburger Day with some big savings.
On Sept. 18, in honor of the holiday, the fast food chain will be giving away free cheeseburgers to members of its Royal Perks rewards program with any purchase of $1 or more.
The festivities don’t end there, though. Burger King is extending the celebration all week long, with different daily deals lasting through Sept. 24.
On Sept. 19, guests who spend $1 or more will get a Whopper Jr. for free. The next day, Whoppers are just $3.
Burger King keeps the holiday going, offering a BOGO deal on all Whoppers on Sept. 21, and a free order of onion rings with any purchase of $1 or more on Sept. 22.
To close out the week-long deals, they’re offering a $22 family bundle on Sept. 23 and double reward points on all purchases on Sept. 24.
The fast food chain’s week of deals comes just one month after it announced a new menu item, the BK royal crispy wraps — which rival McDonald’s discontinued snack wraps.
The crispy wraps are a snack-sized twist on their BK royal crispy chicken sandwiches and launched on Aug. 14. The item comes in three flavors — classic, spicy and honey mustard — and wraps crispy chicken, tomato and lettuce with a choice of sauce in a tortilla.
The $3 crispy wraps are available nationwide for a limited time.

As National Cheeseburger Day approaches, Burger King is not the only fast food chain that has plans to celebrate the holiday.
Wendy’s is selling its beloved Junior Bacon Cheeseburger for just 1 cent with any purchase on the app, according to Chew Boom. The deal runs from Sept. 18 to Sept. 22, offering the perfect way to close out summer.
The Junior Bacon Cheeseburger famously features a beef patty topped with applewood-smoked bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo.

Other fast food chains are likely to follow suit.
Last year, McDonald’s gave customers a free double cheeseburger with a purchase of $1 or more, according to Delish. Shake Shack also joined in on the fun and passed out free cheeseburgers at stores in select cities during the holiday.
