Burnley vs Tottenham: Prediction, kick off time, TV, live stream, team news and h2h results

Tottenham will hope to bounce back from their dismal Europa Conference League defeat to NS Mura when they travel to Burnley today.

Speaking in the wake of the shock loss in Slovenia, Antonio Conte stressed he was not a “magician” before sending a transfer warning to some of his underperforming stars, which says an awful lot about how he views this current group of players at the moment.

Spurs, however, cannot afford to dwell on the midweek result for too long.

After picking up their first win of the Conte era at home to Leeds last week, hopes to finish in the top four come the end of the season remain alive and, while Burnley are no pushovers, Tottenham should be expecting to win at Turf Moor.

Date, kick-off time and venue

Burnley vs Tottenham is scheduled for a 2pm GMT kick-off today - Sunday November 28, 2021.

The match will take place at Turf Moor.

Where to watch Burnley vs Tottenham

The game will not be broadcast live on TV in the UK.

However, highlights will be available when Match of the Day 2 airs on BBC One at 10:30pm on Sunday night.

Burnley vs Tottenham team news

Having made a raft of changes on Thursday night, it seems likely Spurs will welcome back the likes of Heung-min Son, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Lucas Moura into the starting XI today.

Cristian Romero is the only long-term absence, with Dane Scarlett also out and Giovani Lo Celso a big doubt.

Ashley Barnes will be missing for the home side along with James Tarkowski and Ashley Westwood (both suspended).

Dale Stephens is building up to a return, while Matej Vydra and Jay Rodriguez face late fitness tests.

Burnley vs Tottenham prediction

While Turf Moor does have a reputation for being a difficult place to go, top six (or at least so-called ones) teams have largely enjoyed a strong record there in recent years.

Tottenham to win 1-0.
