'Bus passenger injured' after crash with car in Holderness Road
A bus passenger has been hurt in a crash in Hull, police have said.
It was reported a bus and a car collided on Holderness Road near the junction with Mount Pleasant at around 11am this morning. The road was "partially blocked" resulting in severe traffic until it was cleared.
Humberside Police are now calling for witnesses or anyone who may have footage to come forward. The junction has previously been described as an "accident hotspot" by councillors and cameras were recently installed to encourage safer driving.

A spokesperson for Humberside Police told Hull Live: "Officers attended Holderness Road in Hull this morning, Wednesday 25 September, following reports of a collision shortly before 11am.
"The incident took place near to junction with Mount Pleasant when a car reportedly collided with a bus. One person on the bus suffered injuries, the extent of which are not currently known.
"Anyone that witnessed the collision or has any dashcam or CCTV footage from the area at the time, and has not already spoken to us, is asked to call our non-emergency 101 line quoting log 160 of 25 September."
