Attorney Edward Burke stated that he is eager to defend his client against drink-driving allegations. He told the PA news agency, "I look forward to vigorously defending Mr Timberlake on these allegations. I will have a lot to say at the appropriate time but am currently awaiting full discovery from the District Attorney's office." News of Timberlake's arrest came on Tuesday, with celebrity news outlet TMZ reporting that he was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated in the Hamptons village of Sag Harbor in New York.
