Businesses Boarded Up in Washington Ahead of Election Day

Storefronts and office buildings were seen boarded up in Washington on November 2, the day before the presidential election.

This video shows the SunTrust and United Bank branches boarded on G Street.

DC Metro Police Chief Peter Newsham said in October the force was preparing for possible unrest around the election.
