Much-loved British band Busted have been announced as the latest headliner for the Colchester Castle Summer Series next year. The popular band will perform in Essex for the first time in six years with support from legendary group Scouting for Girls.

The Essex-born group burst onto the scene more than 20 years ago with their debut single 'What I Go To School For' which kick-started a number of hits for the three-person band. Busted are the latest in a number of big names announced as headlining the Colchester Castle Summer Series 2025.

With each show welcoming up to 10,000 attendees, the Colchester Castle Summer Series is set to be the largest music event the city has seen in years. Organisers say the event's "unique celebration of live music" promises to deliver unforgettable performances in the heart of one of England’s most historic and scenic locations.
