Busted play on Good Morning Britain and look amazing

From Digital Spy

Busted turned up on Good Morning Britain today (June 22) ahead of their festival dates this summer.

Charlie Simpson, Matt Willis and James Bourne released their first album together in over a decade last year, and have since been on an extensive UK tour.

Speaking about playing Glastonbury this weekend, Charlie said: "We are very excited. This is the first time I've ever been to the festival. I always thought to myself, 'The first time I go, I want to play it.' I wanted that to be my first experience. So I held it off."

The group also opened up about what it was like to be performing together again, after splitting up 12 years ago and reuniting in 2016.

"I think it's just a lot more comfortable this time round," explained James. "We're in a band together but we also have other things going – like our own families.

"When we were younger, the only thing that mattered was the band. If you were ever into anything else, it was like, 'That's weird' and eyebrows were raised.

"Now though, we can do as we please and make the band what we want it to be."

Good Morning Britain presenters Susanna Reid and Ben Shephard then asked Matt about his TV presenter wife Emma Willis and rumours regarding him doing Strictly Come Dancing.

Apparently, reports suggest she's not keen on him doing the show due to the Strictly curse.

Laughing at the question, Matt said: "Oh really? Well, I've heard that a few times but I wasn't aware!

"I've been asked to do Strictly a couple of times to be honest but I'd be too nervous. I'd be a wreck! I watch the show all the time and I love it but I can't dance.

"At weddings I'll get up and have a dance but that's it. I just dance for a laugh. I'd be too nervous for Strictly. I'd forget all my moves!"

Good Morning Britain is on ITV, weekdays at 6am.
