Caernarfon dealer's 'it's snowing outside' message and its link to heroin and cocaine
A dealer let her phone be used to sell hard drugs and had a pick axe under her bed. Messages sent to customers, including: "It's snowing outside", referred to the availability of cocaine and heroin.
Sarah Horton, 41, of North Penrallt, Caernarfon, admitted being concerned in the supply of a Class A drug. A judge at Mold Crown Court said she could be rehabilitated and gave her an 18-month jail term suspended for 18 months.

Police found it contained bulk, flare messages in a "D-line" along the County Lines model. These included "It's snowing outside" and "It's dark outside" suggesting that cocaine and heroin were for sale.
Police went to her home in September, the court heard. The number was registered to the defendant.
Horton told them she had allowed a third person to use her phone, with the messages referring to "It's D here." She wouldn't say whom.
"You can't arrest me without finding anything." No drugs were in the property but officers did find a pick axe and a lock knife under a bed.
She accepted her involvement in the supply of Class A drugs as payment for drugs to feed her own habit. Police removed the weapons and she wasn't charged over them.
Dafydd Roberts, defending, said the defendant is now on Methadone and in a more "positive frame of mind".
The judge Her Honour Nicola Jones said it was street dealing. Suspending the sentence for being concerned in the supply of a Class A drug between March 18 and September 24 this year, she also said Horton must attend 30 days of rehabilitation activity and go on a six-month drug rehabilitation programme.
