Calgary's Littlest Snow Shoveler Gets to Work Amid Heavy Fall

A 21-month-old Calgary girl was excited to shovel snow outside her home on December 21 as the city was forecast to be blanketed with 15-25 cm of snow by Tuesday afternoon.

A snowfall warning was in effect for Calgary, as forecasters warned of “changing and deteriorating travel conditions.”

Some areas in southern Alberta were predicted to see up to 50 cm of snow. At least two flights were forced to divert to Edmonton before midnight, local reports said.
