Call 999 if you see wanted Ashtead man

Members of the public are being asked to call 999 if they see this man. Police are seeking Lewis Askar after they say he breached court bail conditions.

The 45-year-old man, from Ashtead, has reportedly also failed to be at his curfew address for an electronic monitor to be fitted, and failed to appear at court. Police have issued a full description of Askar below.

Mole Valley Beat of Surrey Police said: "We are appealing for the public’s help in finding wanted man Lewis Askar. Lewis, 45, (DOB 18/4/1979), of #Ashtead, is wanted for breaching court bail conditions; for failing to be at his curfew address for an electronic monitor to be fitted, and failing to appear at court.

"He is described as White, 182cm tall, and of a proportionate build with grey eyes. He has links to the #Essex area. If you see Lewis or have any information that might help us locate him, please contact us via direct message quoting PR/45240098775."
