Camera Records Moment 7.1 Magnitude Quake Strikes Acapulco

A webcam set up at a hotel in Acapulco, Mexico, captured the moment a 7.1 magnitude earthquake struck near the Pacific resort city on the evening of September 7.

At least one person was killed near Acapulco and several others were injured, according to reports.

The earthquake was felt as far as away as Mexico City, where power outages were reported.
