Fans of Marina Diamandis are calling out former Fifth Harmony member for Camila Cabello and accusing her of ripping off Marina’s sound on her new album - from her breathy vocals to her elaborate stage costumes.

Welsh singer Marina Diamandis is known for her hits 'How to be a Heartbreaker,' 'Primadonna' and 'Bubblegum B*tch.'

In April 2019, she released her fourth studio album as MARINA.

The backlash started after Cabello performed on Saturday Night Live in a Marie Antoinette-inspired ensemble.

Cabello is a Marina and the Diamonds fan. She posted a video lip-syncing to her song 'Primadonna' in August.

But fans are accusing the 'Shameless' singer of getting her inspiration for this album from MARINA - the backlash didn't stop after Saturday, instead, it simply ignited on Twitter.

Some people on Twitter are accusing Cabello of "stealing" Marina's voice and aesthetic.

But Cabello's fans are fighting back, saying that it's actually Marina who didn't give credit where it was due, as Cabello did give credit to Ace of Base and Lionel Richie for her song 'Liar,' while Marina did not credit Richie.
