The narrowboat was stolen between Friday, November 8 and Wednesday, November 11. Police say that its direction of travel is believed to have been towards Stratford. As part of the appeal, officers have posted a recent photograph of the narrowboat, which was undergoing exterior works.

"If you are out on a walk of a local canal and see this boat please ring 101 quoting 23/48472/24, with an exact location, preferably with a what 3 words location, so that we can attend to identify the boat and conduct the relevant checks and investigation," the team appealed.
