Car Blast Injures Russian Chief in Occupied Berdyansk (Photos)
The Russian-appointed commander in the occupied Ukrainian city of Berdyansk was seriously injured in a vehicle explosion on September 6, according to posts from both the city’s Russian administration and Ukrainian members of Berdyansk City Council.
Artem Bardin, the commander of the Berdyansk’s occupying administration, was taken to a hospital in “serious condition,” both posts said.
