A car was left wedged high above the ground between apple crates in Hastings, New Zealand, on April 4, after police said the driver failed to stop.
A man has since appeared in court, the New Zealand Herald said, charged with driving with excess blood alcohol, reckless driving, and failing to stop.
Police said the man had more than three times the legal blood alcohol limit, according to court filings. The car went airborne after hitting the base of a railway line, and crashed into the crates several meters off the ground.
