Along with the rest of the internet, we're unashamedly obsessed with Netflix's The Tiger King. And as it turns out, so too is Cardi B. The singer recently took to Twitter to share her thoughts and feelings on the documentary, and reveal she was considering setting up a Go Fund Me page in an attempt to free Joe Exotic from prison.

In case you need a recap of the hit Netflix show (side note: how could you? Isn't it all you're watching right now because same), Joe was sentenced to 22 years in prison on animal welfare and a murder-for-hire charge, after he was convicted of plotting to have Big Cat Rescue's Carole Baskin killed.

And while the zoo-owner has since announced he was seeking a $94million settlement from the US Department of Interior and the US Federal Wildlife Service, Cardi B has been live tweeting while watching the show.

*Spoilers*

"What ya think bout Tiger King?" Cardi began, before adding snippets of her thoughts as the series went on:

  • "Carol you think you slick b**ch"

  • "Who you think burn [down] Joe['s] studio?"

  • "They did Joe so dirty over and over again"

  • "Who you think is more wrong ? Narcissist joe ? Or Greedy Carol? And why?"

She then added, "abut to start a GoFundMe account for Joe. He shall be free." insinuating she did not believe Joe deserved to be in prison for any of the 19 charges he was accused of.

In his own settlement, Joe argues that he was "discriminated against because he is the only person charged with this statute because [he] is an openly gay male with the largest collection of generic tigers and crossbreeds".

Joe is seeking $78,840,000 in damages to cover his personal property loss and almost two decades of his work with tigers. According to TMZ, Joe is also seeking a further $15 million from his ex-business partner Jeff Lowe and another former colleague. On top of that, he's also asking for a presidential pardon from US President Donald Trump.
