The former Countdown star has been announced as the latest famous telly fan to join the review show and will partner up with Brandreth, a Gogglebox veteran.

Vorderman warned that she wouldn't be holding back in her opinions as she wrote on Instagram: "CELEBRITY GOGGLEBOX...So I'm making my debut this Friday 9pm on one of my favourite shows of all time and joining the @c4gogglebox gang....with my friend of 40 years @gylesbrandreth....
"Watch this week and let me know if you agree....we're a bit vocal....no holds barred."
Brandreth's previous Gogglebox partners have included Joanna Lumley, Maureen Lipman and Sheila Hancock.
Earlier this year, Lipman spoke out about her disappointment in appearing on the show, saying she left because they weren't interested in her wit.
She told the Radio Times: "It is [over] from my point of view. I’m sure they’ll put someone else with Gyles.
"I went in imagining that they wanted me for my wit and my brain. Of course, they just want to show you willies and for you to be shocked.
"Honestly, we were really funny together, but none of that was used. And if they don't want to use what we gave them, f*** them."
Other celebrity pairs who have recently taken part in the show include Rylan Clark and his mum, Mel C and her brother, Martin and Roman Kemp, Shaun Ryer and Bez, Clare Balding and her wife, Mo Gilligan and Babatunde Aleshe, Denise Van Outen and Duncan James, Nick Grimshaw and his niece, Zoe Ball and son Woody, and Sam Ryder and Scott Mills.
Viewers will have to wait to find out whether Vorderman's debut will include her giving her opinions on her old show Countdown, which includes successor Rachel Riley and soon-to-depart host Anne Robinson.
