The late Carrie Fisher once sent a cow’s tongue as a warning to a predatory Hollywood producer who sexually assaulted her friend.

The Star Wars actress hand-delivered the tongue, gift-wrapped in a Tiffany’s box, straight to the Oscar-winning producer’s door.

Heather Ross, a friend of Fisher who works in the film industry, recounted the story of being sexually assaulted by the unnamed Hollywood producer in the wake of the Harvey Weinstein scandal.

She said Fisher took it upon herself to deliver justice for her friend.

“It was a cow tongue from Jerry's Famous Deli with a note that said: 'If you ever touch my darling Heather or any other woman again, the next delivery will be something of yours in a much smaller box,” Ross told Arizona radio station 94.9 Morning Mix on Monday.

Ross had arranged to meet the producer about getting involved with his latest project after talking to him online.

“I felt safe thinking, 'I'm overweight, I'm not attractive to these people, I'm not looking to become an actress,'' Ross said.

The producer allegedly forced himself on her in his car during their first meeting, putting his hand on her chest to pin her down “within two minutes” of meeting.

“When it happened, it happened so quickly that I was ashamed of myself,” Ross said. “I thought I did something wrong. And I thought, ‘Well, maybe by meeting up with him...I was asking for it.”

After hearing about what happened to her friend, Fisher decided to personally deliver the tongue to the producer and watched him open it.

“It felt validating to know that this woman, who I love as a friend, was not just a fake Hollywood friend,” Ross told Morning Mix.

"She was true. She did that on her own ... but that’s what Carrie Fisher was. She spoke out and she put things out there and in your face.”
