Cars navigated an inundated roadway in Chennai, India, on Friday, November 12, after heavy rains caused deadly flooding in the state of Tamil Nadu.
At least 14 people have died and 65,000 were left without power, The Indian Express reported.
Major roads and neighbourhoods were flooded as overnight rains lashed Chennai for over 15 hours on Thursday. The floods delayed rail operations and halted flight arrivals for six hours, the paper said.
