Cars Submerged in Atlanta Area Flooding

Severe overnight storms caused flash flooding in the Atlanta area in the early hours of September 8. Footage from Marietta, Georgia, shows cars partially submerged in several inches of floodwater.

According to local reports, storm drains in Marietta backed up as the city was hit with 4.37 inches of rain.
