Casualty spoilers follow.

Casualty paramedic Fenisha Khatri will finally decide to reveal the truth about her pregnancy in this Saturday's episode.

Fenisha (Olivia D'Lima) is currently four months pregnant with Ethan Hardy's baby, but is yet to share the news with anyone.

Although Will and Ethan were aware of Fenisha's pregnancy in the early stages, they are both under the impression that she had a termination.

A big episode for Fenisha will begin with her trying to hide her growing baby bump, as she wrestles with how long she can realistically keep her pregnancy private for.

Putting her concerns to one side, Fenisha heads off on callout at a collapsed railway tunnel, delighted not to be under the watchful eye of Jan for once.

Unfortunately, Fenisha is about to discover that she can never escape Jan for long as her boss is among the rubble at the bottom of the tunnel.

When Jan becomes irritated by Fenisha's blatant risk-taking yet again, the tension between them is palpable.

Jan, who has been leading a youth club during her free time, is impressed with how competently Fenisha rescues the trapped youngsters, but is still unable to keep her opinions to herself.

Jan therefore infuriates Fenisha by questioning why she had to be the one to come to their rescue, given that she's newly qualified.

Letting her frustration get the better of her, Fenisha pulls Jan up for consistently treating her more harshly than the other paramedics.

However, Fenisha is touched when Jan explains that she is only stricter with her as she has the most potential.

As Fenisha begins to thaw towards Jan, she's left horrified when Jan's condition starts to deteriorate.

Thankfully, Fenisha is able to spring into action and get Jan safely back to the ED, where she decides it's time to apply some honesty of her own.

Confident that she can now trust Jan after their bonding session in the tunnel, Fenisha tells her that she's four months pregnant. How will Jan react?

Casualty airs these scenes on Saturday, August 15 at 7.40pm on BBC One.
