Ethan is in the ED at the same as Fenisha and Amber, so Fenisha tries to reason with him about their baby's future, but Ethan reminds her that he doesn't want anything to do with their child.
During their conversation, Fenisha and Ethan lose their temper with one another and begin to argue, Amber uses the moment as an opportunity to disappear from the ED.
Despite being close to her due date, Fenisha is determined to make sure Amber gets the help she needs and goes off to look for her.
Fenisha remembers an address that Amber told her about and as she gets there she realises that the location is a secluded woodland. As she enters the area, Fenisha feels a strong pain in her stomach but ignores it and continues.
When Fenisha finds Amber, she begs her to visit the ED to get the treatment she needs, but Amber refuses the help and takes off quickly leaving Fenisha alone and in serious danger.
Fenisha falls into a ravine and realises that she has gone into labour, she calls Ethan and he stays on the phone with her, Ethan manages to pass on Fenisha's location to Jan who sends for an ambulance.
Ethan arrives at the location and tries to help Fenisha but before he can get to her he gets stuck in a trap. He manages to talk Fenisha through labour on the phone from the top of the ravine.
