New Zealand Police’s latest recruit, specialist search cat Arnold, can be seen honing his skills in footage posted to Facebook on August 26.
In the post, New Zealand Police joked that the animal was part of their “Secret Cat Division” and said he’s learning “all kinds of special tricks.”
The video shows Arnold practicing his skills for navigating bodies of water, jumping through hoops, spinning, and learning how to hide himself in moments of danger.
“We hope his training video helps spread a bit of cheer and leaves you and your family feline a little better this lockdown,” police wrote on Facebook. Credit: New Zealand Police via Storyful
