According to The Sun, the American reality TV star and wife of Dog The Bounty Hunter was due to enter the house tonight, as ‘confirmed’ when the line-up leaked, but has been denied a visa to the UK due to her historical criminal record.

Beth’s husband, Duane, reportedly faced the same issue when he was due to appear on the show back in 2012.

Beth’s criminal trouble allegedly dates back to the late 1980s, when she was jailed for shoplifting lemons.

Years later, in 2013, a warrant was issued for her arrest after she was involved in an incident with teenagers in a Colorado park.

Beth claims she was enjoying a family day out when she was ‘nearly run over’ by a teenager.

However, she was issued with a warrant after one teen claimed Beth was rude to her, filing a criminal harassment compliant as Colorado law makes it a crime to taunt, challenge or use ‘coarse language’ against someone.

A warrant was issued for her arrest after Beth failed to go to the police station to collect her court summons.

While BB bosses will be gutted to lose Beth from the line-up, they still have some huge names entering the house, including Christopher Biggins and Samantha Fox.

Celebrity Big Brother kicks off tonight (July 28) at 9pm on Channel 5.
