Celebrity Big Brother: Jess Impiazzi secretly married rugby star in Las Vegas

There may be plenty of romances going on inside this year’s Celebrity Big Brother house, but there’s been just enough drama outside of it for Jess Impiazzi.

In an interview with the Sun before she went into the reality show, Jess revealed she had a shotgun wedding to England rugby player Denny Solomona, 24, back in December of 2016.

Speaking about how the brunette, 28, was engulfed in a whirlwind romance, she said: ‘I thought we would have a normal wedding, but before I could blink we were walking down the aisle in the same place Britney got married.’

After the couple got hitched in Las Vegas, things quickly went downhill once they returned to normality in England. ‘He got back into old habits and started going out partying again,’ she confessed, which allegedly put a massive strain on the newly weds.

‘But last summer I simply could not take it any more and we broke up,’ she said.

The actress, presenter, and former Ex on the Beach star Jess only made the news public just prior to entering the CBB house, having kept the whole thing private for over a year.

She is currently in the process of divorcing the sportsman, with the paperwork for it to be finalised said to be in the works.

Currently, Jess is in this year’s CBB, alongside the likes of Dapper Laughs, Ginuwine, Ann Widdecombe, and Rachel Johnson. This week sees a double eviction (on Friday), unbeknownst to the house-sharing celebs.

After India Willoughby got the boot last Friday, it’s anyone’s guess who’ll be next out the door, with Courtney Act the bookies’ favourite to win the show at 5/6; and Wayne Sleep as he biggest outsider at 100/1.
