They'll begin their adventure in a high-speed boat ride down the Thames with a helicopter chasing them, but will the celebrities manage to escape Central London without being found?
Here's who is taking part in series four.
Iwan Thomas and Richard Whitehead
Olympic silver medallist sprinter Iwan Thomas and Paralympic gold medallist sprinter Richard Whitehead are surely better qualified than anyone to run fast from the trackers.
Their athletic ability and drive to win could well make them the pair to watch.
Ollie and Gareth Locke-Locke
Made In Chelsea star Ollie Locke-Locke and his husband Gareth have the advantage of knowing London well as they begin their escape.
But they opt for a very distinctive getaway car and predictably head straight for Chelsea, making them easy to spot.

Chizzy Akudolu and Lisa Maffia
Actor Chizzy Akudolu and singer Lisa Maffia also look like a strong pairing in the opening episode.
They make an inspired choice to use a tuk-tuk as a getaway ride, making it near impossible to track them.
The Vivienne and Chloe Veitch
Drag Race UK winner The Vivienne has teamed up with reality TV star Chloe Veitch for the final pair.
They opt for a risky strategy by dressing up as old women and staying put in London to try to fool the trackers.
Celebrity Hunted series four begins on Sunday at 9pm on Channel 4.
