Celebrity MasterChef 2024 spoilers follow.
Celebrity MasterChef has said goodbye to another star ahead of the quarter-finals.
Tonight's (August 29) episode saw Dancing on Ice winner Jake Quickenden, Game of Thrones star Tamer Hassan, stand-up comedian Jamie MacDonald and Strictly Come Dancing's Emma Thynn learn about communicating effectively in the kitchen.
After three tough challenges, Emma was eliminated after her food truck snack failed to impressed the judges, John Torode and Gregg Wallace.

The episode began with the four celebrities being split into two teams, with Tamer & Emma and Jake & Jamie having to work individually on the same dish. However, only one team member was able to look at the recipe, while instructing their partner.
Jake guided Jamie as they made spiced quail with yassa sauce, cassava chips and rice. The pair had to make sure their communication was up to scratch, as Jake had to solely rely on his descriptive skills to help Jamie, who is blind.
Meanwhile, Emma dished out instructions for Tamer as they made grilled jerk chicken, with rice and peas, mango coleslaw and dumplings.
Upon judging, John and Gregg were impressed with both team's similar presentations and "well cooked" ingredients.

Later, the four celebrities headed to two professional kitchens for a hectic lunch service.
Jake and Jamie were guest chefs at Italian fine-dining restaurant LAVO in Marylebone. Jamie was responsible for making tagliatelle al limone, a dish made up of fresh pasta in an emulsified lemon-butter sauce, which he had to make to order.
Jake was tasked with portioning a whole salmon, which was served with a chickpea salad with vegetables and a oregano sauce.
As for Emma and Tamer, they arrived at The Parakeet, a restaurant pub famed for its cookery over fire. During service, Tamer had to juggle two small plates. The first was a chargrilled leek dish, and the second was confit trout in a beurre blanc sauce.
Meanwhile, Emma had to butcher a whole duck for one of the restaurant's signature mains, honey glazed crown of duck, served with charred cabbage and an apple puree.

Following their demanding experience at the restaurants, the group arrived back in the MasterChef kitchen to come up with a signature dish for their own food truck.
Jake successfully "pushed himself" by individually deshelling and deveining prawns for his tempura taco dish. Inspired by his Turkish Cypriot heritage, Tamer made a lamb kebab, served with cacik and an onion salad.
John and Greg were aptly blindfolded as they tried Jamie's chicken burger with a pancetta salsa and crisps, which Greg felt "heightened your senses".
Emma created summer rolls, consisting of marinated chicken thighs and pickled vegetables, wrapped in rice paper. Unfortunately, the judges couldn't taste any chilli in the dish, costing Emma her spot in the quarter finals.
"None of this has felt real at all. I can't believe I did it. I'm proud of myself for doing what I've done," Emma said after her exit. "I'm happy to go home to my kids and my husband and have a rest."
