Steps star Ian 'H' Watkins has made it to the finals of the BBC cooking contest after years of focussing on parenting.

Ian "H" Watkins broke down in tears during the Celebrity MasterChef semi-final as he said "I matter as well".
The Steps star told how he had spent years focussing on parenting, but had loved developing a new skill of his own in the BBC One cooking contest.
Meanwhile, the show's finalists were announced after completing a decadence challenge set by food critic Grace Dent.
What, how, and why?
When H made his Celebrity MasterChef debut, he admitted the most cooking he usually did was heating up freezer food in an air fryer for his children.
So the pop star was emotional to find himself in the semi-finals, breaking down in tears as he spoke about making time for himself.
He cried as he said: "For a long, long time I have thought about nothing but my children. But being part of this experience makes me realise that I matter as well and I can do things for me. It's been mind-blowingly challenging and changing in every way in my life."
The contestants were set a brief by food critic Grace Dent to make a decadent meal, and although H was under consideration for being sent home after his lobster and squid ink pasta dish didn't quite go to plan, he made it through to finals week.
He admitted: "I can't believe that's just happened."
What else happened on Celebrity MasterChef?
Actor Tamer Hassan was the unlucky contestant sent home, with Rochenda Sandall, Vito Coppola, Harry Aikines-Aryeetey and Craig Doyle joining H for finals week.
Strictly Come Dancing star Coppola said: "I could never believe that Vito and finals week were in the same sentence," as Line of Duty star Sandall added: "I can't wait to tell my mum, because she thinks I can't cook."
Many viewers backed Coppola to win as one person commented: "Vito to win he is just amazing," and someone else agreed: "I love how passionate Vito is, I seriously want him to win now."
Others were sad to see Hassan go home - one person wrote: "Shocked, I thought Tamer was a finalist for sure." Someone else added: "He wasn't weak just had a bad day - he would have aced finals."
Another fan wrote: "oh Tamer was robbed, Vito for the win now!!!!"
Celebrity MasterChef airs on BBC One on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
