Celebs Go Dating star Tristan Phipps has opened up about how he felt after splitting up with his Made in Chelsea co-star Olivia 'Liv' Bentley.

Tonight's (August 28) episode saw Tristan head to the agency to speak to experts Anna Williamson and Paul C. Brunson about bagging two dates in one evening.

Kicking things off, after a hilarious chat with Tom Read Wilson in which Tristan likened himself to an elephant, the reality star said he chose to date Georgia again after ending things with Lauren.

During a chat with the agents, things got serious when the conversation turned to Tristan's on-again, off-again relationship with Liv, which ended after three years in 2023.

Speaking about the breakup, Tristan said: "It was really hard, we broke up, twice or three times in that period, and we'd always end up back together.

"There was never any cheating or scandals or anything. It was just, something didn't fit when it came to how we communicated our feelings to each other."

Describing Tristan's press persona as a "lothario" or "love rat", the experts asked Tristan how he felt about that inaccurate description of him.

"I've never cheated in my life. I've never purposely strung along two women. There's never been an overlap or crossover with anyone," he said. "That's what affects me a lot, people's preconceived judgement of who I am."

Asked by Anna how his relationship with an "adult worker", which took place before he went on to date Liv, affected things, Tristan said: "It was great."

Speaking of that relationship, Tristan said that the couple dated seriously but it ended when Made In Chelsea began filming again.

"I didn't want to tell them about her because I wanted to keep it private," he revealed, before describing the breakup as "sad".
