Celtic look set to land a bumper payday by selling out-of-favour hitman Oh Hyeon-gyu this summer – and he has hinted that an exit is imminent on social media.

The Scottish Premiership champions are set to pull in £4.2million (if the add-ons transpire) for the South Korea international after he agreed personal terms over a move to Genk. While Celtic have not given the green light for a Parkhead departure at this stage it is unlikely Brendan Rodgers will stand in his way with the 23-year-old dropping down the pecking order following the loan arrival of Adam Idah from Norwich City - managing just three appearances in 2024.

And with a move inching closer, eagle-eyed Hoops fans have spotted that Oh has cleared any Celtic related images from his Instagram page. This comes after the fringe man posted a story of himself training, simply writing ‘Next one…’ - appearing to allude to the switch to Belgium.

The social media clearout has split the Parkhead punters. Some have criticised the outgoing Celtic man, with one stating: "Oh deleting his Celtic posts. He's one to forget." Another asked: "Did he have any highlights to post?"

Other were more sympathetic due to his lack of minutes during his spell in Scotland. A fan said: "Can't really blame him." Another chimed in: 'Who cares if we are getting £4.2m?"

While Rodgers is looking to cut his squad size, he is in desperate need of a new goalkeeper to replace Joe Hart. After interest from Celtic Park in January, Horatiu Moldovan could be back on the agenda as he admitted he wants to leave Atletico Madrid - just six months after arriving from Rapid Bucharest.

However, Mundo Deportivo report that things may not be straightforward for the Romania international to leave the La Liga giants. It is claimed Atletico Madrid would only consider an exit if they can find back-up for Jon Oblak. A loan is said to be the only exit route on the table with the goalkeeper contracted until 2027.

Former Celtic winger Jota has been touted with a return to Glasgow's east end in Saudi after a lacklustre Pro League campaign following his £25m switch last summer. However, English Premier League clubs are now said to be chasing a deal with Al-Ittihad dropping their valuation.

HiHi report that Ange Postecoglou has "revived his interest" and is keen to take the 24-year-old to Tottenham, while West Ham are also being linked. It is claimed that a lowball offer of £10m could be enough to seal a permanent deal, with an unnamed Italian side also said to be chasing a deal.
