A CGI shows planned new bus access into Nuneaton town centre. It shows a bus stopping in Newdegate Street/Abbey Street area, at a shelters with real-time information displays.

This area is currently part of the pedestrianised zone. But warwickshire County Council says it wants to improve bus access into the town centre to increase the number of visitors. The plans form part of major raft of town centre proposals.

While currently not funded, the county council says it wants to hear peoples' views on them. This is prior to funding cases being put together.

  • New bus stops introduced to serve Grayson Place and the town centre.

  • Existing bus stops on the Ringway to be upgraded with new shelters, lighting, benches and real-time information displays.
