Chaos As 30 People Arrested At Guns N Roses' Concert

Last night’s Guns N Roses’ concert descended into chaos as 30 people were arrested at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium.

Local authorities have confirmed that multiple people were detained at the gig, including one woman who was taken into police custody after assaulting an officer.

Detailing the other offences committed at the show, police revealed that 11 fans were arrested for solicitation, nine for disorderly conduct and three for criminal trespassing.

Other offences included “open lewdness”, resisting arrest, harassment, and possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

The rock band have not commented on the arrests but this isn’t the first scandal that they have been embroiled in this month, with the rockers previously being detained at the Canadian border when they were caught with a gun in their possession.

The band insisted that the weapon was not theirs and frontman Axl later told the audience: “We weren’t exactly arrested. We were detained. They [the custom officers] were very nice, they were very understanding.

"You know, it happens: You can forget you have a f*cking gun. It wasn’t my gun.”

A rep for the band later confirmed that the gun did not belong to any of the band members.

Aside from the high level of criminal activity, the band’s show went on without a hitch at the weekend.
