The second of this season's London games as part of the NFL International Series takes place at Wembley this Sunday.
The Tennessee Titans are in town for the first time, while the Chargers haven't been here since 2008, when they were still based out of San Diego.
Despite not boasting a winning record, the 3-3 Titans arrive in the UK at the top of the AFC South, while the Chargers are a game off the pace, trailing the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC West.
However, it's the Chargers who come in as favourites, having won three games on the bounce, while the Titans have had back-to-back defeats, including a shutout loss against the Baltimore Ravens last Sunday.
TV, online and live stream coverage
The match will be available to watch live on BBC Two free of charge, providing viewers have a valid TV licence. Coverage starts at 2pm, and unlike last week, the entire game will be shown on the channel, rather than red button.
BBC viewers will also be able to watch online on iPlayer and via the BBC iPlayer app.
