The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall marked the 40th anniversary of the Falklands war by attending a reception with veterans aboard the Royal Navy aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth. Charles and Camilla received a royal salute from a guard of honour as they arrived on the jetty at Portsmouth Naval Base, before meeting naval staff and their families from the time of the war and current serving personnel aboard the carrier. .
