Angry Charlton supporters have demanded director Richard Murray addresses them at The Valley on Saturday to provide answers about the club’s future.

Takeover talks drag on and Murray has said no transfer funds will be available this month.

Owner Roland Duchatelet is in contact with several parties but there has been no breakthrough.

Manager Karl Robinson is desperate to add signings but he will not be able to spend the £400,000 received for the sale for of Ricky Holmes to Sheffield United.

Duchatelet is set to sanction the sale of defender Ezri Konsa for £4m and fans want answers. The Coalition Against Roland Duchatelet (CARD) is asking fans to assemble outside the main reception by 2.15pm before their game against Walsall.

A statement said: “We need to hear from Richard Murray.”
