A Lambhill property which "requires some TLC throughout" is set to go up for auction at a guide price of £41,000.

The property on Eynort Street has three bedrooms, which is being marketed by Wilsons Auctions Limited, is currently up for grabs. Other three-bedroom properties in the area have sold for around £70,000, making it a competitive price.

However, the property is in need of some renovation, with it currently having mould on the walls throughout and a garden in need of some refreshing. Although, the property does have gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

For someone looking for a project to work on, the property could yield in a rent of £900 a month once renovated with the home described as being in an area that is "perfect" for rentals.

The property description said: "With ground floor self-contained access this ground floor ex local authority flat is a fantastic investment opportunity. With three generous bedrooms and huge scope for adding value, the property has lucrative to re-sell or rent.

It is described as a "fantastic investment opportunity".

"Requiring some TLC throughout, the property enters into a spacious hallway leading to the large lounge with ample room for dining, the kitchen provides access to the rear garden and has room for appliances.
